RETURN POLICY
Returns will only be accepted with prior approval. In accordance with California State Law, Stans Liquor Market can only process returns for alcohol if the product is spoiled, unfit for consumption, or if there was an error in the purchase. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges unless stated otherwise. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of an order cancellation during transit, a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be applicable. If you made a purchase in our physical store, kindly return to the store for processing.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your delivered order contains a damaged bottle or packaging, please contact Stans Liquor Market immediately. Keep in mind that damaged products must be returned to qualify for a refund, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
WRONG ORDERS
In the rare instance of receiving an incorrect order, please get in touch with Stans Liquor Market immediately for specific instructions on how to proceed.
LOST ORDERS
For packages that are lost or cannot be tracked, contact Stans Liquor Market immediately. If tracking is not possible, we will initiate a claim with the shipper and provide you with options for a refund or replacement.
